By accepting any offering, service, or willingly participating in a scheduled service from Crown Jewel, you acknowledge that you have voluntarily chosen to participate in a holistic, meditation-based platform. You hereby acknowledge that you, and / or any minor under your care, have voluntarily chosen to participate. You assume all risk for your health and well-being, and/or that of any minor under your care, and fully release Crown Jewel from all liability.
general conditions
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred, unencrypted, and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the offerings and services, use of the services, or access to the offerings or services, or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without expressed written permission by me.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
services offered
Crown Jewel provides online-only holistic and complementary services, which may include, but are not limited to: energy healing sessions; guided meditation and mindfulness practices; breathwork, visualization, or spiritual coaching; group sessions, workshops, classes, and digital content; live video sessions and pre-recorded materials. All services are delivered remotely via internet-based platforms unless booked otherwise by the request of the client, organization, or group of individuals.
nature of services / no medical, mental health treatment
The Client acknowledges and agrees that: all services are holistic, spiritual, educational, and complementary in nature. Services do not constitute medical care, mental health treatment, psychotherapy, counseling, or diagnosis. Intuitive Healing Practitioners are not licensed physicians, psychologists, psychiatrists, or healthcare providers, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. All available Crown Jewel services offered via all Crown Jewel platforms are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, illness, or mental health condition.
no medical, mental health advice supplementation
Information provided during sessions, on this website, or in any related materials is for educational and informational purposes only and does not substitute professional medical or mental health advice. You agree to consult a licensed physician or qualified healthcare provider regarding: any medical condition, any mental health concern, and/or any changes to medications or treatment plans. You further agree not to delay or discontinue professional medical or mental health care based on participation in Crown Jewel’s services.
client responsibility & assumption of risk
You understand and agree that participation is voluntary and at your own risk; holistic and energetic practices may involve emotional, psychological, or physical sensations; and, outcomes are subjective and vary between individuals. You assume full responsibility for your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being before, during, and after participation in any Crown Jewel service.
health disclosures
You agree to disclose, prior to participation, any relevant conditions that may affect your ability to safely participate, including but not limited to: physical injuries or medical conditions, mental health diagnoses, pregnancy, history of trauma, seizures, or dissociative episodes. Crown Jewel reserves the right to modify, postpone, or decline services if participation is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
informed consent
By participating in Crown Jewel’s services, you acknowledge that you understand the nature and scope of the services; you have had the opportunity to ask questions; and, you voluntarily consent to participation. You may withdraw consent at any time by discontinuing participation.
no representations & predictive guarantees
Crown Jewel makes no representations or predictive guarantees regarding results, outcomes, or benefits. Any testimonials or examples provided represent individual experiences and do not guarantee or predict similar results.
online services & technology disclaimer
For all online services: you are responsible for having a suitable internet connection, device, and private environment. Crown Jewel is not responsible for interruptions, delays, or technical failures beyond its reasonable control. Sessions may not be recorded, copied, or distributed without prior written or verbally recorded consent from Crown Jewel and its practitioner.
payment & fees
Offerings are subject to change. Pricing for each offered service is subject to change without notice. All prices are disclosed on Crown Jewel’s booking page prior to purchase. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time without notice, with the exception for confirmed purchases. All service fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.
modifications to the services & pricing
Prices for all services are subject to change without notice. Crown Jewel reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the services (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. I shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.
cancellation & refund policy
Cancellations and/or rescheduling requests must be made at least one hour prior to the scheduled session. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of fees. Digital products, packages, and memberships are non-refundable, and all sales are final. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances. By purchasing a service, digital product, or meditation class, you acknowledge that refunds of any kind will not be issued.
intellectual property
All content, including but not limited to: videos, audio recordings, meditations; written materials, course content, and website materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Crown Jewel. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or share content without express written permission.
confidentiality
Crown Jewel will make reasonable efforts to maintain confidentiality of personal information, subject to client consent. Confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in group events or sessions, and Crown Jewel is not responsible for disclosures made by other participants.
code of conduct
You agree to engage kindly, respectfully, and appropriately during all booked sessions and/or classes. Crown Jewel reserves the right to terminate services without refund if a Client engages in: harassment or abusive behavior, boundary violations, and/or disruptive or inappropriate conduct.
limitation of liability
Crown Jewel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in services.
indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crown Jewel, its owner, practitioner, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising from: your participation in services, your violation of these Terms, and/or your misuse of provided content.
termination of services
Crown Jewel reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at its discretion if continued participation is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or in violation of these Terms.
changes to terms
Crown Jewel may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of services following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
completion of information
This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied.
