Each session is prepared with care and held with intention — the time and energy invested begins long before we meet. For this reason, all sessions and virtual meditations are non-refundable and all sales are final.   • “How can I prepare my space before the session begins?”

    To support a deeper experience, I invite you to choose a quiet, comfortable space where you can relax fully. Sessions are best received in an environment that allows for stillness, privacy, and presence. You may wish to dim the lights, silence notifications, and create a setting that feels nourishing to you.

  • “Do I need prior meditation or reading experience to participate?”

    No such thing! Prior experience with meditation or intuitive sessions is never required for any reading, guided meditation class, or group event. All participants are both seen and treated equally in this practice.

  • “How early should I arrive to our live, scheduled timeframe?”

    For all readings and guided meditations, I encourage you to settle into your space a few moments early to engage with your breath and set an intention for your time. Please be prepared to receive my call promptly at your scheduled session time.

  • “Should I use headphones?”

    Although not required, headphones or earphones are strongly recommended. The use of any tool designed to limit external noise may help you feel more immersed and connected throughout the session. If they aren’t accessible, please be sure to locate an environment that will provide you with adequate cell reception and quiet surroundings. This is critical to receive the most out of your session, as any increased volume in the background will disrupt the reading process.

  • “What kind of environment supports the deepest one-on-one experience?”

    I suggest a quiet environment in which you know you will feel most at ease and the most comfortable. A seated position with your back supported is often preferred. The more presence a client applies to the session, the more effective it will be.

  • “What should I do if I feel distracted or restless during a meditation?”

    All guided meditations unfold most naturally when met with curiosity and the deliberate intention to slow down. There is no “right way” to experience the meditation — simply allow what arises. Participation is entirely your choice; you may pause, step away, or return to the practice at any time.

  • “Is it okay to adjust my position, move, or rest while the session or meditation unfolds?”

    Of course. A comfortable, seated position is recommended throughout the entirety of each session and meditation; however, if you’re required to move, ensuring you’re able to find or maintain a quiet environment is essential. You are welcome to adjust your position at any time. You are always invited to listen to the comfort of your body, adjusting or resting as needed.

  • These offerings are meant to assist and support you on your healing and self-discovery journey. Kindly note that all offered sessions and guided meditations are not a replacement for medical, legal, psychiatric, or therapeutic care.
